Modern Magick was one of the first and best books I read as a beginner over 20 years ago. It introduced me to Golden Dawn system, Chaos Magic, Kaballa, and so much of what would become my foundation.

I am trying to suck up all the knowledge, rituals, techniques, and ideas I can find. I know these things come in time but I am really eager to do so

@@raytrujillo1553 I would definitely suggest it. I would also suggest the Inner Temple and Outer Temple books by Penczak.

I think Condensed Chaos by Phil Hine is an excellent primer to magick in general. However, I wouldn't recommend following the path of chaos magick.
