  • Dahi mirchi/ curd chili is the best combination with curd rice when it is fried in oil.
    Clean & wash chilies & dry in a cotton cloth. Take 600 ml of thick curd & whisk. Add salt . Prick all chillies with a needle & keep it in curd overnight.
    Morning, take out the curd separately & dry in hot sun. Again in the evening put all dried chillies in curd. 2 nd day morning again dry in hot sun. Dry all chillies for 4 days & they r ready to fry. Enjoy Ranjis flavours!
