I laughed when you said it was freezing at 12. It was 13 here on a lovely Canada morning. Went up to 28 later in the summer day here. I was so glad you bought that dress. I love it. Unfortunately our thrift stores never reopened change rooms so the routine is buy, exchange and find something else. The fortune thing about being a senior is our Salvation Army give 10%off every day and Value Village (which is Savers in the US) give 30% off every Tuesday to seniors. I learned my lesson today. I bought sandals thought they were new but by the time I got home both had tore loose. Love watching. Great video.

Thanks to your videos, I’ve become way more aware of looking at labels, feeling fabrics to ensure I’m getting quality pieces. Luckily I found a beautiful navy with white polkadot vintage dress! Made in Italy! I thought of you immediately! 😂😂

Shein ,Princess Polly etc is taking over op shops because people who but it new can't resell it. I usually find vintage in smaller community centre or church op shops now. Enjoyed watching you thrift. 🦋🌞🦋

It’s really easy to dye black and navy natural fibres if you are worried about fading, and it is less messy than you would think. The dye will cost far more than the linen trousers, but it is worth it when you find the perfect cut and fit. So far, I’ve only refreshed black and navy this way as the colour matching is less finicky than for other colours. I think those Aere trousers would be worth a trip to Spotlight for dye.
And the dress is gorgeous.

hi jo that dress that you brought is from the label Betty Barclay (founder in 1930's by Mark Berk from Germany) , it was huge in the 80's in Europe, only the rich could afford her clothes , love it on you and the blue linen trousers also , i really liked the two piece pink top and skirt, you should return and buy it it was really pretty on you and elegant, a big huge hi from Aine in Ireland x

To be honest with you, I’ve never owned a pair of leggings in my life. They’re just not for me. But if I was going to wear them out, I’d style them with a tall boot, an oversized shirt left out and blazer or swap the shirt and blazer for a white tee and trench coat done up 🤷♀️
