You explained very well how and where secondary bile acids are conjugated!! However, I am having a hard time figuring out where and how the the primary bile acids are conjugated :(
Great video! One question: only bile acids were mentioned in this instruction. But bile is also very alkaline. Where does the alkalinity come in? I guess it's from the potassium, sodium, etc. mentioned.
I only thought bile was a base that combined with stomach acid infused food within the colon to react and break down food before this video, now I know its alot more complex.
