Yeah right! If they actually were that nice, especially when speaking with sick, vulnerable patients. I believe half of these receptionists working at medical establishments should be fired. Let someone whom has a good heart and empathy for their fellow man have this sort of job. Otherwise, I truly enjoyed this.

As a medical receptionist myself I'm wishing I could be this relaxingly attentive with patients. Meanwhile the real side of me is imagining the line of patients growing at this front desk and how so not relaxed I would be LOL!!

Tess Mc that is insane! This seems fairly typical for dr offices in the states. Obviously a little exaggerated to get a longer video. It probably depends on where you live though. Bigger, metropolitan type cities might have a lot busier of offices so the patients would be checked in a lot faster. When I take my kids to the dr it’s usually only a few minutes to check in, maybe a few minutes longer if paperwork needs updating :)
You know your health system is broken when you have to come here for relief instead of an actual doctor’s office because their receptionists aren’t nearly as nice.

Sim in basic training we figured out how to sleep while standing. Granted you need more than one person. Essentially you have your battle buddy hold you up while you nap and then you switch.
