Old graveyard walks are a favorite pass time of mine! I used to spend a lot of time in graveyards as a kid... one place we lived had a really old one behind us and that's where I played everyday. Would definitely love to see more graveyard strolls. Great video and thanks so much for the tour!

Hey there Kindred spirit!! What a beautiful place to live. I loved the drive it’s so peaceful and quiet like a peace of heaven. You mentioned the local cemetery that is one thing I absolutely love to do… I love reading the names when they were born and when they passed away, and I think about what kind of life they lived it always fascinated me. You learn a lot of history reading those graves and I sometimes have gone into the groundskeepers office and sometimes they’ll let you look in the historical records they keep so interesting.🌻💛 I wanted to mention this about Accutane…. oh my goodness I feel so sick and my anxiety it’s through the roof. I’m exhausted. I’m constantly sleeping and I was reading more about it and it said it may not start working for a month. And could take up to nine months to heal. I hope this works soon…. They’re not even sure if they I should be on Accutane. They still have not come up with a diagnosis. I went outside yesterday to try plants some flowers. My face turned bright red and started burning. I had to go right in the house and I was like is this worth it all I was thinking think about what you were saying anyway I am actually going to bed now I just woke up at 5:30.😢 I just watched the video. It so relaxed me enough I’m going to sleep. I hope you have a great week and, I’m so glad you’re back again today. We have been looking at homes in North Carolina historical homes. I think the town called Statesville NC. I love some of the homes. I’m not sure what the town is like so we are trying to figure out how to take a trip from here to Florida and bring my cat Lola and my dog Ava-Grace with us. I know that I can’t bring them in my suv or car. We would have to rent a RV I guess this way we can get a good feel of all the towns. You took the words right out of my mouth when mentioning talking to the locals and stopping in local stores and restaurants? You really get a feel of what the town is like and people. I do like privacy as well. And can be happy just doing my own thing. Maybe I can put my picture on the RV act like I’m some famous singer.lol😂Anyway, thank you for being you and helping me through this rough time in my life. Traveling in an RV and living on the road for a year would be a lot of fun! That way, you could get a real feel for the towns that you are considering moving to. This was darling! 😍 I used to visit the Old School Mills Fresh House with my residents every time we would go to Reed Gold Mine. And I'll tell you what, I've made the trek to that Wal-Mart in Locust more than once for popular items that were sold out in all the other stores in the area. Thank you for the lovely tour!❤
oh! Wasn't that the best place? My children used to love to go to the treasure box at the Fresh House and pick out a goodie after dinner. Wish it was still there. That would freak me out and send me running in the other direction!! You mentioned your vegetable garden. I plant one every year- mostly tomatoes, zuchini, squash, basil, peppers and dill. I’m growing pickles this year to try to can them. Do you can pickles? I’d love to see more canning videos like the strawberry jam one! Thanks for sharing your videos. I love every one of them!
Those copperheads are not for the faint of heart! The only vegetables that are doing well in my garden are the tomatoes. The rest were shadowed by the tall flowers that I planted (way too close to them.) Now, that I have more time, I will try and replant in a different area. I LOVE that you are going to make pickles! Please send me a picture when you make them. I can just taste them now. I have canned them in the past but have not for years. I do make and can a squash relish every year. Definitely try to replant! I have the same issue with shade. My husband planted a small cedar tree in the corner of my garden that is now huge and casts shade on part of my garden. I need to plant accordingly. And I’d love to see a video about your squash relish. Sounds yummy!

Olivia, Thank you for your comment and question. When my mother was pregnant with me, she and my father saw a movie with Donna Mill's in it. Her name was "Lindy" in the movie. They loved the name, and here I am! (It was going to be Jeffery, if I was a boy.)
It’s beautiful but it’s sad to hear all the farm land being sold, we are having that problem in Indiana. My in laws sold off farm land that had been in the family 120 years. Broke my heart. Just a bunch a houses, solar farms and Amazon buildings.
My family has a dairy farm in Northern Illinois. They're constantly being badgered for their land by the wind tower companies. Where I live in central Illinois, it's the wind tower people and China buying up all of our land. I try not to think about it too often because it makes me want to cry. Eventually, there will be no open land left.
