(5) EYE WITNESS: The eye witness that saw Richard Allen leaving the area with the same cloth as bridge guy, covered in blood and mud. (6) CONCIOUSNESS OF GUILT: Is a powerful and highly incriminating inference. Richard Allen went to tell investigators that he was at the bridge that day around the time of the murders because he knew people saw him there. This is consciousness of guilt by classic definition. The conduct after the crime is circumstantial (indirect) evidence that the defendant intended to commit the crime, or, in fact, committed the crime. Another consciousness of guilt by Richard Allen is that he made free photocopies of the flyers at his CVS during the search phase. Some of the most common types of consciousness of guilt are: • Fleeing from the crime scene or jurisdiction • False statements and lies • False alibi • Changing name or personal appearance • Concealing or destroying evidence (including a body or weapon) • Witness intimidation or bribery • Staging (7) He placed himself at the bridge that day around the time of the murders wearing the same clothes as the bridge guy. If they pinned that girl's phone at the place where they found them after their phone has been shut off. And ironically turn back on. And they honestly say they pinned his phone at that same location. That they found the girls.! I doubt it. ❗
Have to keep things very basic when presenting evidence to a jury. More info that doesn’t apply specifically is pointless and confusing. This may hurt the state’s deliverance of guilt.

Richard Allen murdered Abby and Libby and nobody's calling it a "magic bullet" but you and the defense lawyers. Richard Allen admitted he was on the trails between 1:30 and 3:30 which is when the murders happened. He admitted to wearing a blue Carhartt jacket, jeans, combat boots, a hat covering his head and a face covering which is exactly what the man in Libby's video was wearing. Everyone else that day was wearing tshirts because it was a unseasonably warm day. His vehicle is seen on CCTV arriving at the trails. He admitted to parking in the exact place the killer did. He was seen by 5 different witnesses. The bullet found between the girls bodies matched to his gun perfectly. He's confessed over 61 times with many containing facts that only the killer would know. He confessed to his wife, mom, warden and cellmates. If it were true that he was threatened into confessing why not confess to actual law enforcement or the FBI?? Then during his last interview with law enforcement he was asked "Is that you on the bridge" and his answer was "If that picture came from the girls phone then that's not me". Why wouldn't you say Hell no that's not me? He didn't see Libby's phone so he thought there's no way she got a photo of him. Little did he know Libby wasn't your average 14 year old. She got that video of him because she knew something was off with him. Richard Allen is guilty. Anyone that can't see that doesn't have any common sense or critical thinking.
It’s like you haven’t been watching the day to day details of the trial. Literally every piece of evidence is super questionable. Did you hear what they said about the bullet?
It's not about being guilty at this point, it's on the prosecution to prove it not the defense. You cannot convict with reasonable doubt. There's soooooo much REASONABLE doubt. They are screwing this and honestly if he's found guilty he's got so many grounds for appeal this could go on for years.
@@Staceypotterphotography , you are obviously watching the Richard Allen groupie channel and yes I listened to today's testimony. For you to believe that another person was on the trail that day at the exact same time wearing the exact same clothes driving the exact same car entering the trails at the exact same place seen by 5 different witnesses and has the exact same gun. Let's not forget the 61 confessions that contain information that only the killer would know. I'm pretty sure it's you that's not paying attention.
The girls caught there killer on video and his voice telling them to go down the hill that is all that is needed the BG is RA and a stupid blind moron couldn't see that zoom into all the dam pictures and do some detective work!
I do appreciate the fine line you are walking but I have to admit that it feels you are airing on the side of the defence. Is this because you have a criminal defence lawyer as your host or could you perhaps bring in a prosecutor to even the balance?
The evidence the prosecution has brought forth really hasn't proven what they said it would prove. So far, the prosecution is striking out. They are simply explaining what happened, and it doesn't support Allen's guilt.
lol. I’m sure the treatment in prison and solitary confinement had nothing to do with it. Imagine he is innocent…. he got sent to prison and treated horrible and solitary confinement and accused of these horrible murders. he’s still gonna look like the walking dead. Being accused of this and being innocent would be a lot more stressful than if he did it and may make someone innocent look more like the walking dead vs the actual murderer.

(4) DETAILS ONLY THE KILLER WOULD KNOW: Richard Allen have said details about Libby and Abby's murders that only the killer would know, like the boxcutter.
Some of the most common types of consciousness of guilt are: • Fleeing from the crime scene or jurisdiction • False statements and lies • False alibi • Changing name or personal appearance • Concealing or destroying evidence (including a body or weapon) • Witness intimidation or bribery • Staging
(7) He placed himself at the bridge that day around the time of the murders wearing the same clothes as the bridge guy.
(8) PHONES: He had 23 phones, but the phone he was supposedly carrying during his murders is missing.
Where did you learn of all that information?
Great questions from the jurors. Junk science
If they pinned that girl's phone at the place where they found them after their phone has been shut off. And ironically turn back on. And they honestly say they pinned his phone at that same location. That they found the girls.! I doubt it. ❗
These two are so good my new favorite updaters❤
Found by their bodies?!?!?!
WTF
Have to keep things very basic when presenting evidence to a jury. More info that doesn’t apply specifically is pointless and confusing. This may hurt the state’s deliverance of guilt.
Over shoe's? So horrible.
this man has admitted to this crime... put him away already 🤦
He also admitted to killing his family and grandkids. Soooo...
Put your side piece away and stop cheating on your husband
he confessed multiple times because some "facts" he stated were WRONG....coerced if you asked me.
He admits 60 times on a phone at prison that he killed those girls play that
I love this channel! Great reporting.
Didnt Abbey have a phone?
He will be a free man in a week with the way this circus seems to be going. "Guilty or not guilty"
He's going to be very rich, too. Not that that helps much.
Does anyone know when they actually found the bullet? Was it the same time they found the girls?
It "may" prove the bullet came from Allen's gun but when and how???if thats the magic bullet what a mistake he made eh?...glad he did but whoaaa...almost like the cell phone audio of Alex Murdaugh at the scene..BTW you guy's do a great job considering there's no video or audio from the courtroom, that has to be rather difficult to explain whats going on in there..
I don't think he did it. So far, the prosecution has nothing.
Staged murder or was just wild how it all went down?
Great "evidence". Maybe they can discuss the history of muzzleloaders tomorrow. Anything to bury the relevant information for the jury.
Did the sheriff say this is not the right guy? He’s sorry they did this to him?
Stop twisting words the sheriff said the the wittnesses testimonies didn't fully match but if you had a brain you would know that most witteness on planet earth don't always remember things 100% from memory it's very common it's a human flaw!
Not holding my breath.
The cop who arrested RA got $50,000 for it 🙃
Who was Bob's drama teacher? ?
His hand gestures are very in your face.
( Kind of like he's shoveling coal into a furnace 🔥 )
I have to think they needed evidence to tie him to the scene, so they invented some. Not good. The evidence testing is not controversial, it's invented from a vacuum.
I trust Siegel but not C. Gull.
Everyone crying because allens been pinned down all the way
The cartridge is important because it was found between the bodies of two murdered children! He places himself there, he confesses 60 times, the Video shows BG had a gun, the cartridge matched his gun!
I really don’t think it was him xx
Why is there a trial if he confessed?
He also confessed to killing his family and grandkids. Wtf
his confessions didnt match the crime scenes. they were trying to get him to say the right things.
I’m just curious. Why do they assume bridge man did it? He could have just been walking and the girls got a bit freaked out and took a video. Could there not have been someone else waiting at the bottom of bridge? I really hope Abby and Libby get Justice soon. They’ve waited so long
Why would he tell them down the hill??? It was him
If it’s not him that day why didn’t he say he saw someone else or why didn’t the three girls say they saw other men on the trail that day?
Who else could it have been on the footage? Did he happen to be wearing a matching outfit to the BG?! I mean come on!
Why did the sheriff apologize and say it wasn’t him and he didn’t fit the description?
@@charlie-xu4zu the description was changed years after the incident.
The hair they saw was most likely the hat.
The video is the best evidence they have. To be honest the sheriff department is really crappy… it’s hard to say but they should have collected much more DNA evidence while it was fresh. Under the nails and the twigs surrounding.
The video looks just like RA. I have doubts he acted alone. IMO. Kline seemed to be the one who set the meet up.
The parents should be charged also. What type of parents drops their kids off in the woods alone.
Blaming the victims is really despicable of you. Put yourself if their shoes. They were not alone. There were lots of ppl out, it was a nice day, mid day. They weren’t in the woods they were on a popular trail. Women and teens should be able to enjoy nature too.
@@doragreen3887 I said the parents, the parents aren't victims, duh. What responsible parent drops two small girls in the woods. I hope you don't have kids.
@@SuperMogulYou are too dumb for words.
@@SuperMogul clearly u don’t have kids to not know parents of murdered kids r victims. The killer abducted them on a popular trail- tons of ppl out who saw them.
He was not abused. You all are wamboozled. He lost that weight on purpose so that to the jury he looked nothing like the man on the bridge.
Not only was he there at the same time as the girls, he told his wife he did it. Not to mention the bullet.
Honestly really good reporting on this case .
You’re an idiot
Everything where humans are involved is subjective. Life isn’t CSI. Circumstantial evidence matters. Let’s not have another Casey Anthony because people want to play conspiracy theory true crime influencer.
Brad Weder's gun couldn't be excluded but that is not the same as matching perfectly.
@@moonchild7542Tony Leggit even admitted that none of the four eye witness descriptions match Richard Allen.
0 out of 4.
Try to keep up
He even confined to a cellmate that he used a box cutter and then tossed it at a cvs dumpster.
The defense is grasping at straws!
You mean the prosecutors are grasping at straws. They have zero evidence to convict him.
The bullet was part of the ritual, fired just out of the gun, that came out of the house?
You dont admitt to killing ,if you didnt committ the crime. Nuff said.
Bellistic will convict ⁵
That why looks the way he did like a walking dead his guilt set him up.
I do feel like I’d go crazy too and sometimes mind plays with you and if they constantly called him names and hostile environment - the mind start believing you
Did if. Brain wash. Manipulation and plus he was a some heavy meds.
Huh? All I see is reasonable doubt in all this non scientific evidence.
Allen is guilty but the cops cant prove it so theyre making it fit its despicable but the girls need justice and if it was actually allen i dont care how they get him
