Renz Fernandez i don't think regine will reinvent herself pa at hindi nya kailangan. Di naman uhaw sa kasikatan si regine to push herself more sa millenial audience. I think she's living in contentment and happiness with her family already and we should let her be. Let's accept the fact that she has aged (aged gracefully at that) and she is past her prime although she's still undeniably the best. Let us not pressure the songbird. Dapat nga nageenjoy na lang sya pero pinapasaya pa din nya tayong mga fans diba.
Luigi De Luna singing is not her only career its her "job" im not saying she should keep her relevance for stardom. but to cope up on her field instead. since yun nman tlga ang trade mark na isang regine velasquez. remember. she is a "songbird" performer and not just a ballader or a belter. i am talking about her trademark style na bigla nlng nawala.
That is because nga she's contented with everything and basically she's earning big even di siya gaano nakikita sa TV... Renz Fernandez i think the reason why she opts to sing her classics is para mapakinggan ng younger and newer generations yung mga original opm songs apart from the new trend of songs. I think she mentioned this in some of her interviews i just can’t recall which one.
Maybe not totally reinvent, but to make another OPM hit that suits her voice now. She can still do power ballad. Her last album R30, has original songs and i wonder why hindi niya kinanta yun sa TV.
