I was looking at loads of flat closure pictures and it seems obvious that surgeons think that women who want flat closure don't care if they look like they have been butchered. I am sure they didn't expect the awful irregular scars they were given.

Going into a double mastectomy in the UK in Nov, the three suregons I have asked said that "going flat" means just taking the breast off - with no reconstructive, contoring or plastics involved. They clearly think that the "flat" means just means a removal - end of. I have been talking (politely) about "aesthetic closure" and they have no idea what I am talking about. One got quite angry about it.

Can surgeons create a very small A cup sized breast from pure fat grafting?

25min: But wouldn't liposuctionin the upper arm increase the risk of limphodema? I would love to get liposuction there but I was told never to get any injections or wounds on that side.
