Ihve given 50% sales on cash
80% of purchase are on credit
Period of credit allowed (1)by supplier --2 months
(2) to customers--1months.
Wages to be paid in same month
What I have to do here 50% cash and 50% credit sales both add in total receipts
And for purchase 80% on credit and 20% on cash
But what about the credit allowed thing?? Supplier 2 months customer 1 month...
I'm confused plz anyone help me out
