The agreement between the employee and the employer at the time of returning to work was that the part time status was only temporary, along with a promise by the employer to return employee back to his full time status in the future. Therefore, the acceptance of the employee was conditional. the employer has the obligation to fulfill the condition of allowing the employee to his previous status of full time employee, otherwise, the agreement shall become null and void ab initio.
In case the agreement for part time does not specify the date on which the return to the full time should occur, a reasonable time may be determined on the facts, and circumstances surrouding such an agreement, including relevant factors such as expectation of the parties, their conduct، etc. Such facts may be ascertained through discovery proceedings.

So my employer denied my 2 doctors notes deniying my medical restrictions without contacting them (even though the same exemption was allowed for many other employees)
My employer also on many occasions refued to comply with physical restrictions listed out by physiotherapists.
My long term disability is saying i will be cut off come march. Even though CPP has approved my case.
I must say its extremely traumatic to keep going over the same stuff when all case managers have admitted to not even reading my whole file. What kind of clown show is this country...

Sorry but you're wrong. All you have to do is ask for help. That is when the employer is obligated to have the conversation with you, and they can request medical records. You do not need a doctor's note to make a request for help. I was in a cast with a fractured wrist and had my employer ignoring this fact. In multiple meetings with fellow co-workers present I made that request for help, I said I am in pain every single day and I can't continue to work like this I need help. My employer sat there like a statue! Thinking he was all clever. Well now my tribunal case is about to come to a hearing after waiting four years, and he will learn, that he should have made those accommodations when he had the chance! Because he is living to regret it.

The State of Florida took my life away. They continue when my husband was fired for absenteeism while I had a revision four months without a a knee. God is in control now. If I can't find any help can I go to the media I'm already a whistleblower

Hi BlueVelvet. With your mention of taking FMLA, you appear to be based in the United States. Unfortunately at this time our firm only represents clients in Canada (Ontario, BC and Alberta). Please take care.
