This is an important thing to discuss. You can never ask too many questions.
I loved the question about codependency- and addiction! So many young women get into very bad situations thinking they can heal someone with serious problems.
That would place you in a therapist or counselor role- this man needs a recovery program, not a wife.
Especially if she is from a home where she became a codependent personality by dealing and covering up family dysfunctional behavior. That needs to be addressed first, so she can make a decision based on values and not compulsory role playing.
