They'd make terrible pets (they mark their territory with poo and eat a lot, and are very aggressive) rn but I'd love to have them domesticated ASAP. Unlikely to happen in our lifetime though.
Why? Humans are so selfish and arrogant that they would turn anything into objects of desire, to be molded and controlled as they wish. Leave the animals alone.
