Correction on some information, the Firefox logo is 100% a Fox. Firefox happens to be a nickname for the red panda and therefore the company considers red panda a mascot and has sponsored them in the past.

The red panda is a member of a superfamily of carnivorans known as Procyonoidea, which also includes the raccoons, ringtail, cacomistle, coatis, olingos, olinguito, kinkajou, skunks, and stink badgers, the red panda is also considered the largest living representative of this superfamily as well.

I used to say "Kijetesantakalu loje li moku e palisa laso" meaning "Red procyonid that eats green sticks" (bamboo) but then my friend translated it to English as "Red raccoon that is hungry for blue bars", and being a perfectly valid translation, I decided that simpler is better lol

Mei Lee has almost the same name as his ex-girlfriend, Mei Ling (A fox, or red fox)
I think the animators should havd made Master Shifu fluffier and added more red and brown to and made his paws more like Tigress’s if they wanted us to see him as a red panda. He looks like a white raccoon, and for me this is mainly because of his paws. They’re so thin and delicate while red pandas’ paws are wide, thick, and have huge claws.

We went to chengdu in china . They have a panda sanctuary I had the choice of holding a panda or a red panda . I chose the panda . It cost one hundred pounds .which goes towards the upkeep of the food and the sanctuary .
