Individual sizes of standard Edwards Punch and Die Sets are available in round, square, oblong and hexagon shapes. These dies also fit Hawthorne, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland ironworkers. Dies are set up with a 1/32 inch clearance, ideal for mild steel punching from 3/16 up to 1/2 inch thick. Please call us for a recommendation on other shapes, sizes, materials or thicknesses.
*Oversize round sizes (OSP) require Edwards Oversize Punch assembly.

I’m punching 9/16 squares every 4 in on some 1/8 inch channel and is bending it so bad what should I do.
