4 inches thats quite a size, but the main reason to get this is its adaptabillity, its power for quickly cutting metal, and its still made in the usa.

You don't want one! The angle iron Shear rounds the cut no longer making it a true 90 degrees. The Lower Deck on the punch is made of inferior material. After awhile it punching Parts you can't remove the lower die without hammering it out from the bottom side and taking a die grinder in it to be able to insert the next one. The changeover from punch to press brake is annoyingly time consuming. Etc etc how do I know I've got a 60-ton and wish I would have gotten a geka or a piranha. Shearing material as fun as well if it's under 3 inches it just Stacks up and doesn't slide out the Little Chute. And so on and so forth. The guard around the Cooper notcher makes it so hard to see what you're doing might as well pitch that thing in the trash and fasten the plate down to the deck. Any other questions. Oh yes and the proxy switches for adjusting height and depth stop are absolutely annoying and inaccurate.

Did you loosen the pinch bolt on the punch for getting the lower die out? Also with the angle iron, mine came with the blade setup for over 3/8’s, if you flip the blade around it will cut the angle perfect. Those were the first issues I had, one I can’t fix is the shit cut it does on the shear with 3/4x3/4 and the throat of the shear doesn’t open enough till the middle of the blade... horrible costumer service to, I called for help and did not receive any what so ever. It’s like the guys had never used the machine, disappointing, I expected more from American made. I see your comment is 4yrs old, hopefully you got your issues resolved.
