Proxmox has its own built in backup system. No need more desire for a third party solution. You need something like Veeam for VMWare because it doesn't have it's own built in backup system.
Hi, tks for your video. But when complete to register vm in Esxi host, Restore process still show "waiting for user start migration", if i stop it, the restored vm will be deleted from Esxi host. Pls tell me how to restore correctly. Tks
Hello! I didn't run into that error specifically but check out this forum, hopefully this may help you in troubleshooting your issue! forums.veeam.com/veeam-backup-replication-f2/instant-recovery-progess-t5393.html

Yeaaa :) I just switched to proxmox and setup a proxmox backup server as well and it was pretty slick!
Does this work against ESXi or do you have to have vCenter? Im just using the free version of ESXi.
Never mind, I just tested it and it works against esxi directly.
That's great to hear! I was going to say that I used vCenter for this, but I believe it should work on esxi directly also! Thanks for confirming!

Жаль что только до 10 хостов в бесплатной версии. У меңя 50 машин. Есть ли идеи бесплатного решения backups для center?
There may be! I haven't looked at may others though and most of the popular ones aren't free unfortunately!
