And you can see that it displays the affiliation number so that anyone can check and make sure that this institute is affiliated to DGE&T, which is in New Delhi. Affiliated to a DGE&T means the institute is approved by DGE&T they follow the syllabus by DGE&T and you'll get the certificate from DGE&T after finishing the course. You'll see similar board all over India of educational institutions. Just look for "affiliated to" or "Affiliation no."
