I think Austria is a way stronger opponent than people give them credit for and Mbappé wasnt in the best form recently so I'm more than open to take the gamble and not have him or any other French player in my squad for MD1. I think France could be the disappointment of the tournament or at least during the first two matchdays. They will still advance somehow but I dont expect them to score a lot.

Have van dijk & currently Trent instead of Hernandez & Grimaldo in defence, don’t like the first fixture for both teams. Trent is in currently because he looks like he’s going to be starting in midfield next to rice, so good chance of attacking returns and England don’t concede much in tournaments under Southgate. Van dijk is on penalties and against a poor Poland side. Have both Kane & dovbyk, but I disagree with mbappe being essential (for the first game), Austria are well setup under rangnick, they will be hard to break down and can’t see mbappe hauling. I have lukaku over him, he was top scorer in qualifying and has a much easier first game than mbappe does.
