I would say it’s a good 3-4 star. It’s a beautiful resort and a great location, but it’s a bit dated. Regardless, you can have an amazing vacation there 👍🏻 have fun!!

We loved the drinks! Some of the mixers taste a little different than at home, for example cranberry juice… but we always found something we liked. Plus we found the wine to be good as well 👍🏻
Have you switched to strictly Bahia Principe content? I love your other videos but LOATHE these hotels... hope you offer some different content soon because Bahia Principe has been a disappointment in cleanliness, service, atmosphere and quality straight across the board- which is a shame because there are many other hotels doing it SO right in Punta Cana
I’m sorry u feel that way about Bahia! No, we are not strictly doing Bahia - we filmed the whole complex earlier this year and it’s taking us some time to post all of the videos. We chose the Bahia complex because we know it’s very popular amongst travellers to Punta Cana, but there haven’t been many good videos out there. 🤷🏼♀️ we have to admit that this was our third time and we didn’t always have the best experience there, but we have noticed a HUGE improvement in the quality of the service, the food and the rooms this time around! We also went to the Hard Rock in Punta Cana in case you missed it - that place was unreal! We will be heading to Mexico in June to film the Barcelo complex in the Mayan Riviera. I would never recommend this hotel, bad service, the buffet food is terrible, there are 6 restaurants, but you can only go to two or 3 depending on the days of your stay. Maybe it was a good hotel in the past, but now it's crap, and with all the guests I spoke to, they felt the same as me.

I don’t believe they offer room service at the Grand hotels, just the luxury. If they do offer it, it’s and extra charge.

I would recommend Bahia Principe Fantasia - there is a great splash pad for the little ones and the ocean at the Bahia complex is excellent!
