Numerous times throughout the Bible, Job, Joseph (Jesus'es Earthly father), and Solomon, people are given honor for being virtuous in some manner. The Bible is not saying no one is a good person, the Bible is saying, that's not the point. No one can be a good person as far as Salvation is concerned because we all need to be as perfect as God is perfect. So since we can't do that, and we all sin, whether in thoughts, words or deeds, we need Christ to save us. Some people are wise (Solomon), just (Joseph), or long suffering/righteous, (Job) etcetera. I fear God. I do not want to die. I know I came into the word and I also must leave the world at some point. I'm 33! Most people walk around like they never die. They are rude, they Mock God, they lie, they only try to store treasures now and never think about it. I REALLY hope to be raptured before I die.
I believe the rapture is any day and have been watching for seven years. All the signs of the Tribulation coming are here, and we know that Jesus comes to get His bride first. It's our Blessed Hope. Maranatha.
Throughout the bible it's written about how MANY people will have to die for Jesus Christ's name. Don't just hope you never have to die for Jesus, because just as He died, we will too. Amd in that same way, just as He was resurrected after death, we will be as well. Also the "rapture" is after the tribulations. I'm also not speaking with a snarky voice, I tell you this so you are prepared to die for Jesus if it comes to that.
