That came across as a Masterful run Matt... Controlled from start to finish and a great closing 3 miles, negative splitted I think? Passed alot of runners in those 3 miles... Your in a great vein of form... A nice percentage of elevation rises to deal with as well. Great crowds around most of the route must make the running feel good. Congrats.
Cheers Keith, I had set my watch to show me my mile lap pace, think that helped me maintain a fairly controlled pace. Ay, I did enjoy squeezing up the pace in the last few miles!
