I have everything in my retirement...time, money, freedom...and now joint pain and swelling so bad that I have to go for treatment. Rheumatoid arthritis that requires a cancer drug that will make me feel sick. I ask for your prayers that I will be able to face this with the same bravery Jesus had when he faced the cross. Cherish every healthy moment of life, folks, for you never know when it will change to illness. It's true what they say, if you have your health, you have everything.

I have GAD and I’ve been having panic attacks every single day for the past month. I prayed and listened to this while I slept, I woke up and I can’t even describe the peace I felt for the first time, I didn’t have a single panic attack or even any anxiety all day. The secret to stopping the panic attacks is to not resist them when they come on. Just allow the feelings completely. Knowing in your heart that it won’t kill you although it feels so. They will incrementally diminish in severity and length. When you see slight progress you will know This works and you will gain ground quickly in getting rid of them forever. I know I had them and got rid of them. Meditation is also just allowing. It’s your time to raise up in consciousness look at it that way. Reframe it.

I had severe anxiety and panic attacks due to mental trauma that happened to me as a child. I know it is easier said than done but I want you to know that God will never leave you! I have spent the last few years writing a book about my troubled past in order to let others know that getting over the past CAN be done! God healed me from the inside out. What I once thought I would never be able to get over has become a distant memory to me and one of no importance. Keep seeking for the truth and allow God to heal you from the inside. I have so much hope for the people in the world and know they have it within themselves to conquer the evil in their life. Its 2am...I cant rest or sleep. My heart aches..actually hurts..I know he was a dog. But, as I fight cancer he was always with me . He was taken so suddenly..in just 3 days he went down hill. And. I had to tell the vet to release him from suffering.
The quiet of night..no little guy snoring..is hardest. God get me through this loss.
