I've heard that from my dentist he said use it maybe once a week. I use hello but now I use it once every 2 weeks. I love all Kenra products it's one product that the hair spray doesn't irritate my eyes . I use makeup erasers and found some at my Marshall's for $3!!

Fluoride is very good for teeth and before it was added cavities were much more common even with people who looked after their diet and hygiene. Charcoal damages enamel. Sorry but was told by a dentist.
Fluoride is horrible for your teeth. Hydroxyapatite is actually what's good for your teeth. Found in Boka toothpaste and also a different one i can't remember the name of at the moment. Also supplementing with vitamin K-27

Don’t tell people that fluoride is bad for their teeth when you don’t work in the field. It’s borderline dangerous. I've been a long time fan, though I'm seeing more and more videos of you promoting or deterring from products based on assumed science that has no sources within the video. Please do not do this. This is exactly how misinformation gets spread. Promote whatever you want to, though please do not reference scientific reasoning unless you can back it up (especially through referencing unbiased experts within a field rather than what a product self-reports). I really like your videos but am having more and more instances that when I look up the actual research regarding a product, experts recommend against it (such as charcoal toothpaste).

I’m a dental hygienist and will recommend the Sonicare electric toothbrush over all brushes on the market! Please no one should use charcoal toothpaste! It removes enamel and over time you will need veneers ( and several veneers over time-they don’t last forever!). Preserve your beautiful teeth and they will last forever!😊
Another great video. As a retired dental professional, we always recommended only using the charcoal toothpaste once a week. Prolonged use does wear away your enamel and can cause sensitivity.

Yes. A study in the 70’s found it isn’t brushing that prevents cavities, it’s fluoride. Groups of kids using fluoride and non Fluoride tooth pastes. The non fluoride kids had 60% more cavities than the fluoride kids.

Just FYI, the tricks to getting lots of foam in your steamed milk are 1. use really really cold milk or half and half, and 2. keep the nozzle near the top at first then plunge as it gets frothy. :) :D

TH-cam keeps suggesting your videos so I thought I'd watch. Um, no thank you. The amount of fear-mongering psudoscience B.S. in this video is insane. If you are not a doctor or scientist in a related field, you have no business giving out such information. I am not an expwrt in these fields either, which is why I would never dream of making a video full of misinformation like this and instead will read/watch things from actual experts who have the appropriate level of education and experience to issue reliable information.
This has happened more over time :( I think it's becoming part of her brand. It's annoying because I feel like the people that bully her over promoting pseudoscience lead to her dismissing any complaints about lack of sources, studies, or experts. I honestly don't care what people do for themselves or promote, but I feel differently when promoting things under the guise of science.

All those clothes from Amazon are first of all made in china which uses child/slave labor but they also contain polyester which is plastic. We are absorbing micro plastics from everything plastic we have in our lives. If you care about your health and the planet we should be prioritizing buying cotton or linen, preferably made in the USA. I have a capsule wardrobe with very few clothing items but they are high quality and once you buy it you can stop buying clothes. My friends who buy cheap end up spending way more because they have to replace their items so often. I can't even remember the last time I've bought clothes. It's been years. All of these channels that just promote consumerism and spending money that the average person just doesn't have is honestly disgusting. There are ways to make money on TH-cam without convincing poor people they need products they actually don't. I'm not trying to be mean, but our planet is not going to last through all of this Amazon/shien culture. I'm not even a big global warming alarmist, but it worries me what our planet is going to look like for my kids and grandkids.

My dental hygienist told me charcoal toothpaste is bad for your teeth. It makes microscopic scratches in your enamel and over time makes it harder to clean and keep white.

The sponge things are neat, I have tried something like it a few years ago. Last year I made washable ones out of a flannel shirt and they also work really well.

I have the Breville espresso machine also. Paid a little over $400 probably 5 years ago. The heating element went out a few weeks ago. Googled a new machine a couldn’t believe how much they cost now. Whitney, you mentioned Schmidt’s deodorant and that you liked the consistency, but you did not expound. I want to give it a try, what is the consistency like? I’ve tried a few different brands and one was so dry and hard that it was unusable, another was a clear liquid that you spray to apply and it drips and takes “forever” to dry 😮

@@SheaWhitney If you’re using something biodegradable, don’t throw it away in your normal trash when you’re done with it. Landfills are low oxygen environments and oxygen is required to break biodegradable items down. So if you just toss it with your trash in a plastic liner, it’s not going to break down.

hi Shea first of all love your videos!! as an endodontist i just want to advice you that flouride is needed in toothpaste to avoid cavities, to strengthen the enamel and more, it’s not bad for you in the amount that is needed in tooth paste, also the charcoal toothpastes are very abrasive on your teeth. and of couse I would love to hear all of your dental history haha 🙈

I am a dental assistant and I don’t think I’d ever get a root canal. They never seem to last or cause issues. I’d have it pulled and have an implant put in then have a crown. I’m over 40 and never had one…..knocking on wood right now! Love your videos! I’m going broke, but love them! 😂❤
@@karadeprano9055sometimes there is no choice but to extract, which you must know. It may not be a choice. Prostodontists can consult on these kinds of highly individualized specific decisions. Certainly, if one can afford it, ideally, the solution is to replace the extracted tooth with an implant.

I bought that mirrored clock for my son he likes it! It can also dim automatically at night so it’s not too bright for the eyes. It’s super affordable too I looked around in several stores before buying this one and they were all double the price.

Hi Shea love video. I also only use the wet brush have so many yet they get the little pieces of dirt husband can’t get out soaking them for 45 minutes as I know u had a video of how u keep yours clean as it’s hard to get the pieces of stuff out of it as do u have name of item on Amazon I can clean brushes daily and husband help to as I have so many I don’t want to keep buying exceot have to possibly get one more large detanfling one as my handle just got sticky for no reason. Thank you also and going to look into jumpsuit not a fan yet looks so comfy for one being disabled to lounge in since air makes my legs spasm

Yet need to move out of the ghetto and oray to one day have the beauty room u have as all my clothes and makeup as when I was going to start clothing line after my roomie, sister had to wait while I was my mothers who passed away not suffering I thought I would have my closet and room look like yours. Not have all my nice stuff in garment bags and husbands or he’s now what I would call my roomate yet I pray we will get to move out of ghetto and back to home on golf course area as never thought my once husband would of done all the horrific stuff he has as I pray no one stay with anyone or don’t date or choose to be with someone u think u can fix and if they change yet have a horrible family that things will stay good as in many cases it can yet just don’t stay in a negative situation as I pray once moved that I will get more surgeries among trials and possibly either find out it’s quality of life and can live on own and leave house and have my miracle to start a company and help anyone with disease or it’s that I will not live very long and at that point figure it out.
Yet thabk u for bringing me so much joy I don’t have besides gettibg stuff I need and love and pray I get to wear outside say in a year and half and have a closet so perfect like all shoukd look like . As u remind me of a quote I had on my wall before I had to move to the ghetto by his family destroying our marriage, soulmate to roomates. As the quote said “ nothing is impossible, the word itself sais I’m possible.” That’s what I show all as I thank u again for your amazing videos as I can’t wait to order so much stuff as love the table for the couch as must get and once we have any money get the computer stand once my computer gets fixed too. Please don’t scare people about ceramic mugs. Those of us that make ceramic mugs use only food-safe glazes inside any mugs and dishes!! Maybe really old mugs and crackle glaze inside - avoid theses.
I have used the "wet" brush for years and it's the ONLLYY brush I use !!!! I can't recommend it ENOUGH
