My LO is 1.5yrs old and she loves finding stuff within the book. I show her what we are looking for and I give her a min to look, if she starts getting distracted I circle the area the image is in to help regain focus. We started those kinds of books at 1 and now she really looks hard for the images. I bet your little one will love that look and find book too 😁

Thanks for sharing! As far as my son's basket, I always include either new swim trunks, new sandals, or new rain boots- something for Spring that he needs. Books, outside little activities or small toys to play with, and some candy. Always a small chocolate bunny and Cadbury eggs. My mom gave those to us, so I carry on the tradition. ☺️

Those were great baskets.
We used to go all out for Easter. They used to have a little hunt for eggs around the house that we would hide everywhere and they would take turns finding the eggs, and then there would be their spot on the couch where their goodies would be of candy and fruit and sidewalk chalk, bubbles all that kind of stuff, and they each got a couple outfits, and a bathing suit. We had a pool that time so it just made sense.❤❤

When did Easter baskets get so huge? I still prefer the typical basket with jelly beans, peeps, a chocolate bunny, a pez dispenser, etc. This is more like Xmas!
