Your videos are great! Idk why you don’t have thousands of followers…. You explain things so well and everything you say is spot on…. I appreciate these so much…especially when you say it’s normal…like I’ve said before it’s a frightening thing to experience….. I can’t wait for more. Happy new year to you and your family!

Thank you great explanation. I will get back to you tomorrow after my appt with a physiotherapist I have had this 6 months straight, non stop unless I am lying down .Its ruined my life.
@@sharon9532 Thank you for sharing! It is terrible! I am glad you are getting help. Dizziness that goes away when lying down is a trigger for me to test my patient's blood pressure lying down for 10 minutes then immediately upon standing, at one minute, three minutes, and five minutes. I also think about the neck. Do you feel it sitting upright or only when you're on your feet?
Hello my name is bosko im 21. Years old, in February 2024, i got PPPD. month and a half before that i had virus infection or covid (idk didnt test). Symptoms were bone and muscle pain, back pain temperature up to 38c. Coughing really bad, i got better after 3 days, just continuing coughing. Than lets say in January 15. I didnt cough anymore, but was anxious about health and got few panic attacks here and there. One day i woke up feeling like a little drunk and nauseus. Bcs i thought i had brain illness or sum. Till March 2024 i felt really bad felt like im going to die soon (worst days of my life). My parents didnt let me on MRI saying that im overthinging and everything, whitch i did but also had PPPD symptoms just didnt know What it was. Then did MRI, blood tests, go to ENT doctor and everything in the end of march 2024. Turns out to be normal. I than was sent to psychiatrics that give me SSRI and say he hears of PPPD First time and that its all bcs im anxious. Now its December 2024 im on SSRI. Drinking vitamins and everything but still have symptoms just less than before. Before (February to May or june) i felt really bad like derealization and shit like that like im going to fall, ofc symptoms sometimes got better and worse. Same these days some times better and some times worse. But not as bad as before. My parents treat me like i have no problems and say that i stop “crying”. Will i be able to fully recover one day from this and is it possible considering how long i had it also my age. Thank you soo much, it would mean i world to me to year answer from you
@@Божидар-з7ф Hi Bosko! Thank you for reaching out! A few things: #1. You are not alone. Many people deal with similar symptoms and feel alone. #2. Our 20s can be a very challenging time of life. Sometimes you experience health problems at that age and it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Stay strong! You can win the battle. #3. It sounds like you are on the right track seeing good doctors. Stay open-minded, communicate and keep working with them. #4. It is normal for parents and loved ones too want to encourage their loved ones to ignore it and just move on. Some people can do that and some require more help. Try not to get caught up in what other people think. #5. Control the controllables. Optimize your overall health and wellness. Train your aerobic system as long as it's OK with the doctor, your strength system and your nervous system system. Yes, the nervous system can be trained. It's worth taking time to learn how to do that. Learn about how to improve sleep hygiene. #6. Slow. Small. Daily. Every day, try to do something small that promotes a little bit better health or a little bit better activity. #7. Focus on function over feeling. Try to train yourself to care more about what you are doing than how you are feeling. Eventually you will feel better if you can increase your activity. #8. Get the right healthcare providers on your team. You will likely need guidance to help work through all of these symptoms. #9. Find a few mantras that work for you. Some of my favorites are consider it pure joy when you endure trials of many kinds because you know the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Another one is trials are opportunities to build character. #10. Work on your spiritual training as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. They both help! Be transformed by the renewing of your mind! You can! In summary, you can definitely get better! I am rooting you on!
@@Божидар-з7ф yes! I have experienced that kind of recovery with many of my patients. Think about overall health and wellness with good sleep hygiene and optimize nervous system performance. Those are some of the keys to success.
