I thought using the double sided tape was a great idea vs putting holes in the body. Being you have a great relationship with ACS , I would mention your install method to them. Great idea.

I have purchased several items from ACS and can vouch for their quality. Unfortunately ACS is a Canadian company that does not sell to Canadians in Cdn$$$. I would purchase a lot more products from ACS if I could do it it my own currency, instead of taking a hit on exchange rates AND border tariffs.
You just can’t stop can you?! ;) I’m going to have to buy stock in ACS Composites at this rate. Front mud guards, rear mud guards, rear fascia protection, diffuser fins. And at this rate undoubtedly more I can’t imagine. Therefore, I’m not sure how much longer I can resist the temptation, even though the thought of drilling holes in the rear fascia pains me. However, my resolve is weakening. Especially after you installed those tinted taillight covers. Wow, when you had it out in the Sun it looked spectacular! Absolutely magnificent! Definitely a must have for a black car. Although I'm not not sure they’d look as good on mine. Too much focused contrast compared to the Sebring Orange which would draw ones eye to them. But they certainly look great along with the black body color. And I agree, a must have in that case. So I have to ask, are you by any chance planning a visit out this way? Say in the dead of winter when you can’t drive your car? Btw, I want to remind you that it’ll be sunny and in the 70’s here nearly every day. :) Ps: you could get an enclosed trailer an bring your car out here as well. Remember that when it’s minus 1^10 below zero. I’ll be waiting. :)
I have a weakness when it comes to ACS stuff. I'd love to make a trip out there and if I do you're going to be my first stop! Of course, if you want to experience the horrible cold and snow you could always come up this way as well 😁👍

The spoiler is very functional when it comes to aerodynamics. Sometimes form isn't always perfect to get function where it needs to be. With that said, I LOVE the big spoiler!

I'm keeping the car indefinitely, after I finish my power mods this stuff will be next, except for the C7 XL Front Fender Extensions, the stock ones are annoying me the more I look at them. Doesn't match the car especially in black
I am definitely NOT done with the Colorado! I am saving the stuff I have for when the snow starts flying and the Corvette can't be driven anymore for the season. It's coming soon!
I did actually check them out and a few other places as well. The problem is, none of them match the stock ZR1 carbon fiber weave which is center-lined, meaning it runs from the left and from the right to a center point. No one makes any that matches right so it looks out of place. These pieces being painted carbon flash still match a lot of other parts on the car and on a black car it fits quite nicely.
I knew someone was going to say this. I can't stress enough how that is not the case here. I am honestly impressed with their quality and what their products do for my car. I know it comes across a certain way but I'm just impressed.

The XL guards were more for protection at first but after a while, I actually like the look enough to say "both" to that question!

You really should have checked Alibaba for actual carbon parts to increase the value of your car. Its quite amazing whats available.
