I do believe you forgot about one more faction, Xanathar’s guild although they don’t have a set mission list I like to think that’s due to Xanathar’s insane nature you can’t expect what they want you to do aka allowing the DM to make custom missions
I really like the idea of the factions, but I am not sure how to incorporate them into play sessions. Some of the faction quests seem like they can be easily handled as downtime activities, while others are a bit more involved. However, I don't see any of these missions taking up more than an hour of play time (with generous RP). Do you pad each of these missions into a full play session, or do you pick 2-3 of them to cram into one night? If these (plus the inn storylines) are supposed to take the players from level 2-3, then it seems like they should be expanded on.
I typically like to seperate this campaign into different session types. One session may be all about running the tavern, one might be all about doing the main quest, and another session may be about doing various faction quests!
Prepare too , start , begin to , proceed , establish , undertake ,effect , bring about , instigate , mount , set up . Plunge into , set about etc …I enjoy your vids except one tiny detail , guess what it is ?
In my HB campaign one of my players wants to be tied to Force Gray, I've never touched Waterdeep except it's like next on an orc army hit list, and a pc is from there lmfao...not sure how I want to handle this. I like the idea of him being tied to another city like this butttt everyone is in Baldur's Gate, and soon my own Domain of Dread. So like...idk. Just gonna talk to him about it. I'm not sure how important gray hands are gonna be. Like. SPOILERRRR.......but Waterdeep is going to be destroyed in the next few sessions o,o eheh...
about to run this campaign for the first time and am very thankful for your help and tips!

I changed the drow only restriction to a "all downtrodden races" restriction, just cause I wanted the Kenku in the party to join
