Epic stream thank you so much for it! Now for some tips.
1. One the signal search when you see the tv screens during the gacha there are letters if you see a S in the tvs you have a small but good chance to get a S rank. (That’s how I got Lycaon the wolf)
3.Lycaon is op if ya can get him use him. He has fast movements and is agile.
4.try and conserve your battery as it is important. Before going to do either hollow zero stuff or HIA stuff look at the characters and see who needs what and make a game plan.
5.level up you agents skills as they also increase their base stats.
6.factions refer to the place the characters belong too. Nicole belongs to the cunning hares ,Ben bigger belongs to belobog industry ,Lycaon and the maid belong to Victorian housekeeping company ,etc placing characters of the same faction will give you a boost.
As for the answer to your question of who’s my fav: Von Lycaon.
A little tip for you. As you don’t have Ellen I recommend getting Soukaku up, she’s decent, but also an ice character and a lot of commissions through chapter 2 have ice & fire weaknesses.

For the new mode to understand you should check Honkai Star Rail's Simulated Universe, especially Swarm Disaster to see a few other things, this has a mix of normal Sim Uni, the special modes like Swarm Disaster/Gold and Gears, and Divergent Universe, some things seen in each are here and there and other new ones since it's a different game, but the feel is similar enough you should learn what to do watching it...

Ok, that Soukaku girl is part of Section 6 and it sounds like a police department in this game to me. Hollow Special Operations is H.A.N.D.'s armed force dedicated to the response to Hollow disasters. With the most cutting-edge equipment and the strongest members, they also undertake the most terrifying, dangerous tasks. They can be found in high-risk Hollow-related events and highly sensitive missions involving H.A.N.D. Section 6 is one of the newly established frontline operational units of the Special Operations Department. Like other disciplined units under H.A.N.D., Section 6 is made up of a number of highly talented individuals. However, with Miyabi at its core, Section 6 is unique in every sense of the word. In other words, the HSO is very similar to the police department in Astral Chain. So for the sake of simplicity's sake, I will just refer to them as "cops".
I wouldn't call them 100% cops when the cops are pubsec, maybe special agents?
