22:16 the tectone event is when he rolled on the weapon banner for hu tao's weapon back when she first released and there was no guarantee system for the weapon banner at the time so he spent hundreds of dollars on that banner and just kept losing the 50/50 over and over and over. basically he's the reason we have the epitomized path thing where you select which of the two banner 5 star weapons you want to go for and then, at the time, you are guaranteed the weapon you picked after 2 50/50 losses, but now it's after 1 50/50 loss.
Honestly I'm fine with 50/50 if it's a game that eventually sends older characters to the standard pool, especially if you can wish list like 5 to 10 characters from the standard pool so you can still get characters you want when you lose it.
Now, it is crazy that chinese people think you're "the leader of woke" (that sentence is wild 💀), but I do wanna push back on what you said about there not being *any* characters of color in Natlan because that is not true. There are *some* playable character of color (so far there's Mualani, Xilonen, Iansan, and Ifa according to the picture on the sign outside of his house) and *TONS* of npcs of color in Natlan, but of course, I'm not gonna go all crazy paranoid and call you "the leader of woke" over a simple disagreement that doesn't matter all that much in the end. lmao
