    On loaf five now and loving each one. In the end I did njot add the butter and halved the Erythrytol and it's awaesome, thanks so much.

    What a great channel. Your approach to enjoying a low carb lifestyle while still playing in the kitchen is keeping me motivated. Some other low carb recipes have too many funky ingredients; a list I would shy away from if I saw on a label. I can’t wait to try this (after I buy back my bread machine from the thrift store). Will start with the stand mixer version for now. Is a good pizza crust recipe with VWG in the works?

    what is the purpose of the zanthan gum pls? can i omit it? thx for yr time.

      Xanthan Gum helps to replace the elasticity lost with the removal of Gluten.
