as a japanese who grew up in japan and america here's a breakdown/ list of what ben got (disclaimer some of them i didn't know what they were but since i can read japanese i just searched it up so yea) 1: Match Match- a grapefruit flavored soda that has vitamins and minerals (most japanese soft drink i know are very good if you need refreshing and recharging since we walk a lot) 2: Oronamin C drink- a vitamin c, b2, b6 vitamins. some drink it everyday but i've only drank it when i was sick or with a sore throat 3: acure made cream stew- never heard of it but from the labelling it's cream stew with carrots 4: not 100% sure but it's corn soup with maybe potatoes i'm not sure though i couldn't fully see it 5: mountain dew- self explanatory 6: Dashi Fish Soup/ Broth- In japan we use the broth/ soup with vegetables nabes (vegetable stew- soup thingy) also is the base for many dishes like ramen, miso and shabu shabu. i guess you can use the fish for cooking one of many dishes with dashi broth but you can cook the fish as is and eat it. the fish would probably have some flavoring to it already because it's been marinating in the broth for a while. and yes it's healthy to drink it as is. 7: Georgia max coffee- self explanatory but i will say it's nice to have both hot and cold drinks because in the winter time when you would walk home or whatnot it'll be freezing so to have hot beverages available is nice 8: Pancan- self explanatory bread in a can ben got strawberry flavor (i've never had it before but next time i'm in japan will be trying out) 9: kyoto crickets- again self explanatory (although i dont know anyone who would crave bugs in japan so) 10, 11, 12 - orange juice animal crackers, bananas- self explanatory 13: Nato (pronaounced nat and tou so nattou like pat but nat and toufu's tou)- i personally like nato probably bc i grew up eating it so yea but it's better with rice that to eat it as is hope this helps :)
