Ravi was not a “Man of The Book”. He was not a Churchman, not even a member in a local church. He was a wizard with philosophical words. But he did not preach the Bible. It appears he trusted in his own brilliance, philosophy, and strength. It is so sad. He was so talented. But talented people are not what God seeks. He seeks humble people.

@@Eyerusalem_ He had a gift for engaging with people, and apologetics. I must admit he would lose me sometimes with his explanations and manner of speaking that I wished he would speak plainly and simply so that the man on the street could understand. He spoke much truth but lived a lie. He had the opportunity to come clean and repent in 2017 when allegations were made but he didn’t. He continued his lie. It seems blasphemous to me. I really liked Ravi’s persona, and it left me shocked when this all came out. It made me realise my focus shouldn’t be on man but on God, all the time. Man will only disappoint. Christian leaders need to take this incident very seriously. Transparency and accountability are so important. As my pastor says: right theology plus obedience equals right living. If like Ravi you’re stuck on right theology but are not obeying then you’re not going to be living and thinking right.

But that has NOTHING to do with the subject of this video and in fact nothing to do with the life of Ravi, and absolutely nothing to do with the character of God. It has to do more with a the power of Satan to devalue and distroy a testimony.

I loved Ravi. It helped me listen to him when I was in a very dark place. I didnt want to believe it first. Then Ifelt sad, then angry, and then sad and scared. There are worse parta here. "Whatever you've done to one of those smallest you have done to me" I have been abused. But never by a Christian. I can't imagine what that would have been like. I don't Think Ravi started of as a double nature. But he ended prey on the most vulnerable. As abuser usually does. I don't Think that was his intentens either. Maybe it was the fame that went to him. But still I know what it is like not to be believed by someone more powerful. I know what damage these things can do. And we have to remember when we sin it is against God first. I am no better in that way. I am so afraid of my own weaknesses . And Ravi might have been used bad the damage after this is huge. And I feel so för his family.

When you are a caregiver you cannot refuse to give care all the way to the end of a person's life. You also have no idea of their lifestyle or their position with God. To judge a person in regards to their eternal destiny is God's job.
I wish this had never happened. I also think it's a crying shame to destroy everyone and everything his hands touched.
One thing I'm pretty sure of is that he knew he was dying. He referred to pain a lot. He had plenty of time to ask God for forgiveness, even if he never acknowledged his trespasses to anyone else.
There is 1 big questions that stand out above all:
Can you say that you love God with you whole heart, mind, soul, and body?
If you look to another human being as your hero, building a pedestal under him, you've put God in second place.

It seems like the spirit which Ravi had was a combination of Absalom and Ahithophel:
    [2 Samuel 16:21 KJV]
And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto thy father's concubines, which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father: then shall the hands of all that [are] with thee be strong.
    [2 Samuel 16:22 KJV]
So they spread Absalom a tent upon the top of the house; and Absalom went in unto his father's concubines in the sight of all Israel.
    [2 Samuel 16:23 KJV]
And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, [was] as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God: so [was] all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.
    [2 Samuel 17:7 KJV]
And Hushai said unto Absalom, The counsel that Ahithophel hath given [is] not good at this time.
    [2 Samuel 17:23 KJV]
And when Ahithophel saw that his counsel was not followed, he saddled [his] ass, and arose, and gat him home to his house, to his city, and put his household in order, and hanged himself, and died, and was buried in the sepulchre of his father.
And both never repented as opposed to David. And Ahithophel was the grand-father of Bathsheba whom David committed adultery and also was David's counselor who turned against him.

He had no anointing, no love for truth, only sold his soul for indulgent life from the very beginning of his ministry- it was founded on all stark lies -Even his dramatic suicide story of testimony was all make up, aborting his brother first girlfriend in 1974 instead of marrying them. Horrible he lied on his credentials from the very beginning, he was a narcissist. He had no ounce of repentance till last. Beloved Father gave him many chances to repent. We must all be very careful about making definitive statements about the heart and motives of people we do not know. I never met Ravi, and assume you never did either. Anything we think we know has come from other people. Many of those who knew Ravi well were shocked by the revelations of his behaviour as they were convinced that he was a genuine follower of Jesus. To claim that he never knew Jesus or read from the Bible therefore are big claims to make. These claims you make may or may not be true but we cannot say for sure. There is a very real possibility (as has been seen with other Christian leaders) that Ravi was a genuine disciple of Christ who fell into sin. James tells us that sin gives birth to sin which can lead to death (James 1:15), it seems that this is what happened here. Once we open the door to sin it is it's nature to grow and seek to control us. During this time the gifting and anointing we carry is usually still present as the 'gift and call of God are irrevocable' (Rom 11:29). King David, don't forget, committed adultery and murder but was still used by God during this time.
The purpose of the video is not primarily to make a definitive statement about the state of Ravi's salvation (only God can do that) but to help those who have been helped, encouraged and even saved through his ministry and now question how to respond.
We should endeavour to show love and grace (without excusing or covering up sin) and not become overly judgemental - especially when we don't know many of the facts first hand. We should also remember 'there but for the grace of God go I'

Yes Beloved God gave him every opportunity as he developed cancer and has still time to at least admit and confess his sins which he never did. if his sins were public, he should have publicly confessed what he did, and surely he would have been forgiven. But he never had any intent to ask for forgiveness because he felt it was reward for his services this fleshly perversion. It was not one affair, but he kept sinning again and again with multitude of women. to be precise it is not sinning even it is criminal deeds for which he would have been behind bars. And any one whosoever is defending his criminal behaviour behind this oh everyone sins and do not cast first stone or comparing him to David or Samson, it means they are too complicit in his behaviour.

Ravi never represented Jesus Christ. He never died of himself, to let Jesus grow, that Ravi may become less. And you call the other a 'high profile leader', which only shows, that you place other people on a foot stool and the same you likely could have done with Ravi.
That is not how God wants us to do church and to be the body of Christ. Read 1 Cor. 12:22-27, than you understand what I mean. When you are a christian, you grow into obedience in the Word of God and you serve each other in humility.
Ravi should not have been your father figure. Do you not know what Jesus said, to call no one your father than God the Father alone?
Ravi made himself a reputation, that was not who he was, he presented himself, who you wanted him to be, so he could have access to keep on sinning and to manipulate you. You understand nothing from the image of a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Do you read the Bible as a mirror for you daily life? Or do you read the Bible to make a career?
And why do people call a ministry to their own name?
No Ravi was not anointed by God. You walk in darkness or you walk in the light, the Bible is so clear about that!
    Ravi was walking in darkness.
And Cor. 13 is a mirror. You can be able to a lot of things, but if you do not have love . . .
If you love God above all, you do not treat women like that.
