The Duel Monsters anime was actually based off the manga. Takahashi changed to the card game partway through serialization, but the anime adaptation cut out the first few volumes. Also I do not see them remaking One Piece because seasonal anime have not received sequels past like season 5.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn with ending. MHA success really pissed me off because Hitman Reborn was underrated because it was airing during Marine ford Pain arc Aizen arc etc.
First Sailor Moon Crystal, Digimon, Shaman King, Lum, and Tokyo Mew Mew were reboot which past anime series will get a reboot in the future next Super Doll Licca-Chan, Saber Riders and the Star Sheriff, Saint Tails, Lets & Go, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Wedding Peach, Beast Wars, Tai Chi Chasers or Spider Riders.
It’s actually crazy tho how a bad adaptation can completely make me lose interest in the story. I watched promised neverland s1 and then dropped it. Watched Tokyo ghoul s1. Dropped it. How I see it, there is no point in watching the show anymore if they refuse to tell the story how intended or at least close to how it’s told. I feel like Detective Conan anime would benefit from a remake. A remake where they don’t spent 1000+ episodes on the same damn crimes and instead the story actually comes to a conclusion. Like I’m pretty sure Conan’s girl still doesn’t know that he is the child.. cmon like no way she’s that dumb 😂. And i think the newer generation of kids would have a cool detective story like us older chaps did, cause Detective Conan is genuinely such a great anime that can be enjoyed by both kids and parents. As you said with Cowboy bebop, there’s some anime that don’t need a remake and I just wanted to add Mob Psycho 100 and Violet Evergarden to that list 😂. Flawless anime.
I got 300 episodes deep into Conan before I just gave up. Even though the anime has a lot of filler, removing it isn't enough. 2 in every 50 episodes has to do with the black organization and pushing the overall plot. If you remove all the episodes that are just one off cases I don't even know if you have 100 episodes left. And I still think that series is gonna go on for 10 more years 💀
i liked this video and i made a simialer video talking about anime remakes on my channel. im suprised you didnt mention urusie yatsura (just because its so new) or the new mr osomatsu or dororo. all of these anime are awsome remakes of great manga. anyway love your vids we should definitly colab or something sometime
I didn't see any of the Urusei Yatsura anime, so I didn't mention it. Also, I didn't like the 2nd half of Dororo. It might still be worth mentioning if I go back and see the original, but I'll think about that if I do another one of these videos.

Ooh, I never thought of that. That's a good one. Especially seeing how Ranma was from that era and has a remake airing right now. Also with how the Dragon Ball fandom will not die. If the Ranma remake is received well it could really help fuel a Dragon Ball remake in the near future.

@@LeeTSimba and it gets worse, they just are throwing unnecessary surprises, just for the sake of shock Value, Remona was completely fine with Scott grooming knifes, older Scott is responsible for all what happens throughout the season, andall it’s cringing moments. The ending was a massive let down.

Here's the thing with FMA that a lot of people don't really know and I have to tell them yet again. FMA 2003's manga adapted parts WERE NOT 100% faithful. There was a lot of anime original content before the divergence so much so that when the anime did officially diverge it actually made sense within it's own continuity. Most shows that do this don't do it half as well. I also think FMA 2003 is way better than Trigun. But I do agree that the first part of FMAB is pretty bad, I found it so boring that I think the whole show isn't very good. Goes to show how good a begginning needs to be. And the whole "greatest of all time" really doesn't mean anything. It's just a groupthinker narrative more so than the actual quality being good. Cowboy Bebop is said to be this and I think the show is mediocre at best.
