This is what happens when the law is corrupt and crippled , then people deliver justice in their own hands

The law against men is too strong actually, specially in cases of Domestic Violence. It's unbelievable that police didn't take action if accusation was true, because:
Police arrested boyfriend without suicide note
Arrested 'Delhi ia Darinda' who was innocent
Of course I'm saying story could be other way around, girl could be like Atul's wife, or really a victim. But your comment makes no sense considering past incidents on complaints

    • @Shr761

Law is only strong for people who can pay the price to the corrupt officials and judiciary, or have strong contacts or are highly educated and have a community to support. Go and ask those women who are alone in the fight against domestic violence, they rarely get justice.

If the father has created a video to confess what he did out of protection for his daughter and police is claiming it's for "Sympathy"... We'll, guess what... If murder investigation is going on why don't they also investigate molestation case, and if find evidence then enquire those who took it lightly and punish them correctly for ignoring their duty as a police. What can a normal man do when they denied justice. Seeing denial of justice to large number of citizens in India shows ignorance of government towards their citizens. Their should be increase in number of courts and judges to dispose of cases fast and also police should be punished for ignoring any type of crime. Paper leak, domestic violence, rapes, murders, and many more heinous crimes are increasing day by day. No need to make more laws rather implement strictly what laws we have. We don't want to proud only on things our ancestors did, we want to feel proud for what we can give to others and upcoming generations.

Indian police and courts are a joke. People will eventually be fed up and get justice on their own. Kudos to this dad , it doesn't seem like he is lying.

When a child tells that someone was being inappropriate with them, 99% of the time they don’t lie. I have worked with children and youth. Two years in a row, I had to report sexual abuse of a child. When investigated both cases were found to be true. This is North America. In India, are there professionals whose qualifications and experiences equips them on how to question a child without putting thoughts into the child’s head? If they leave it up to the Indian police to do the questioning of the child, everyone knows they don’t have the experience. They should have social workers who are specialized in dealing with child abuse to interview the child to assess what the child is saying is actually true or not.

Well, if what he says is true, then justice is served. Why would he confess himself when no evidence was found. Maybe he did this panic but there is no reason we shouldn't trust his story as much as the police story.

I believe if it was really the reason of unaliving someone for him like he is confessing here then he wouldn't have run off the same day to kuwait ,he would have proudly went to the police and surrendered because he did what any father in his place would do. Coming up with this after sensing the police is close to catch him is extremely suspicious on his side.

Indian courts often consider the familial relationship and the wife's possible emotional or societal constraints when evaluating her actions. A wife may argue she was acting under pressure or in the interest of preserving family integrity.
