Welcome back to my channel and to another vlog! Today I was in need of a reset evening so I thought we could spend a glorious pamper evening together. We have a magical aromatherapy bath and try out some new skincare before using the brand new Current Body mask and their hair growth helmet. I was quite a sight with both on, but I’m sure the results will be worth it!!

Love a Leonora vlog! I have very sensitive teeth also, but you should try to desensitize them. I’d talk to your Dentist about it. Also, if you do use the professional dental trays (which are THE best treatment) you can modify the process for more success. Try just half a tube every other night, don’t fill it up all the way and, only put it on a bedtime there (as in, as your putting out the lights). There’s 1 million ways you can do it if you have sensitive teeth. Also, help your teeth with Fluoride treatments, look at the type of toothpaste you use, etc. There are things you can do prior to whitening to help desensitize so you don’t have those significant effects. I’ve had them. It’s ridiculous and especially what you said about the cold air. It can be painful just breathing in, so sensitive! So lots of options. Talk to your dentist! Cheers Darling!

Hi Leonora just for your information in the UK , legally the only ones who can prescribe the teeth whitening gels which are clinically and scientifically proven to change the colour and whitening teeth- can only be done by a dental surgeon who is GDC registered. Any other products bought online or by a beautician cannot clinically change the colour of your teeth and in fact any beautician advertising teeth whitening using whitening gels- are doing so illegally. Trading standards are taking such people to court as the products they are using aren't not safe and have damaged clients. Best to be happy with the natural colour of ones teeth than risk damage; unless going to a dental surgery. The prescription products may cause sensitivity initially due to the clinical process. Other products which can be bought are often gimmicks and cannot scientifically change the colour 😊 Ps love the vlog ❤
