    Thank you for this video - I truly appreciate it. I am early riser, I'm up and running by 4:30 a.m. I do a lot of what you say, but I use my phone to wake and for a guided meditation. Really love the mornings - the magic really does abound at that time, and you can even find it in a big city.

    I wake up without alarm at 5 am every morning. First thing I do is to pray and set positive affirmations. Then I do some easy training practice and after that it's breakfast. No stress, always feeling good! 🙏💖

    I believe this depends on the time of sunrise of a country. In my country the sun rises between 7 and 7.30 am. So 2 hours is between 5 and 5.30 am.

    I see 4:44 a lot, I have to be up at 4 am to make it to school in time, and for some crazy reason a always catch my self seeing the clock at 4:44 anyone know the significance of it. Thank you

    Hi Gautam, What if I have been a night owl? If I am up until 6, can I still take advantage of these benefits during this time? I am trying to reset my circadian rhythm and I did push myself to get sunlight when I got up in the afternoon and it helped make me sleepier earlier. I try to stay up all day the next day after. Sing up all night to quickly rest my circadian rhythm, Tu My body can’t handle it..maybe until 12-1, but I pushed myself to stay up until evening and I feel sick or fell down. If I get out and get sun or go for a walk at 6, will this help me stay up for a few hours so I can be productive? I know it takes time to change circ. rhythm. My mistake is that when I force myself to stay up into the next day ( after being up all night), I just stay in my studio all day until late afternoon before I get out. I hope I did just confuse you. The question I have it stated in the beginning. Shukria.

    According to hindutva it is 4 am considered Brahma muhurta. According to Christianity only chosen one get up at 3 30 am which should be used for praying.Muslim offer their first prayer at 5 am.

    Thank you for another great video! Im 49 years old and seem to only be able to go to sleep between 2am and 9am? I wish I can fall asleep early enough to be able to wake up 5:30am.
    Is there an astrology reading that you offer that can help me be able to fall asleep earlier than 2am. I would even be happy with going to sleep at 12am
