When someone is focused on me, it feels similar to a person reflecting sunlight towards me with a magnifying glass. I can sense it from yards away.
Finally I found what I have been seeking to understand that no one else has covered through their rhetoric misguided knowledge of how to align with the energy to manifest our desires. I knew there were missing links that people were either unaware of or just not wanting to share the truth of connecting with our inner magic. Much gratitude for this. I appreciate this step by step knowledge for meditation. I've been learning and trying to find my way to properly experience this divine connection. I have always been a spiritual being. Many have misunderstood the way I love and labeled me as sweet but flighty which hurt when I was younger. Sometimes even still today because I am an intelligent person but always hungry for more knowledge and never should I or anyone feel that when our vibe is high on connecting and loving and express our feelings as being less than. Now I feel sad that some are not comfortable in that realm. But I have a mind that races with thoughts so hard to meditate. This video which I've saved will help me I do believe. I use to practice the alternate nose too achieve Astral projection as a book told of what ratios one needed to achieve it yet the ability did not come right away it did work for long after I had stopped I would have uncontrolled Astral events happen too me. Now that I know what this is and how it really works it gives me much greater control and power so that I can master it finally. The ear produces its own sound so that you can tune in on things and out what you don't want too hear but if you do so in a very silent place an listen closely you can pick up a rush sound its very quick and hard at first too hear but once you do with practice you can hear and control this sound wich I believe is the energy itself. Your ear gives you this ability.

I've felt/experiened energy. It's like an electrical sensation. On the bottom of my feet that can move up to my head. I've had many inexplicable experiences throughout my life. Street lights going out as I pass them. Not all, but quite a few. It happened evenings when I drove home from work. An entity was in my life for 12 years. I have been unaware of what is coming out now. I was born in 1957, so this topic was unavailable for many decades. Until recently, when there is info everywhere. I've never tried "technique" before so I'm interested what these excercises may uncover.
