yeah, he just needs assist to help in the neutral. EX perfect attack is so good that you dont need crazy block stun to get the 50/50 so most assist work out for him.
@@cloud805er I recommend trying him with one of the gogetas or with one of the 21s, he's just so fun with them. I've been experimenting with teen gohan A , and it works surprisingly well with perfect attack, and teen gohan himself is also ironically very similar to cell. Same lvl 3, both make you explode on any hit, and both have an EX fuck neutral button that on hit murders the opponent and on block grants a true mixup that leads to a two touch situation.
The fact that cell has the literally highest damage dp, plus like a monsterous 8 way mix up is stupid... i would say he has mid neutral... but his buttons are giagantic and can clip u out the air so beautifully...

I'm trying to use a team made up of master roshi, good buu, and janemba but i don't know what assists i should use and I feel like I'm struggling to play any range game against my opponents. Anybody got any recommendations? (I'm willing to drop Roshi if anyone has any recommendations for a better point, or maybe switch up my team composition)
I would say drop roshi for someone else, but I can actually see where you're coming from. The thing to keep in mind is that janemba is your only reliable character who can solo teams. He's gimmicky like the others, but he can also be played conventionally and does not need to rely on lack of matchup knowledge to win. If you wanna stick with this team, I recommend Janemba A (broken assist all around tbh) and then experiment with roshi and majin buu assists and see what situations you need them for. If you wanna drop roshi for a point, I'd give teen gohan a chance because he's just so broken this season, and I'd look at characters like cell for an all villain regen theme based team, or just other meta relevant points (can't go wrong with beerus, gt, adult gohan, cooler even, fusions, 21s, etc)
