There are 3 main problems with Directorist: 1) slow support! (do NOT expect 24 hours replies!) And not always skilled. But always polite. 2) Bugs 3) website speed load is poor.

And I will also add that they are moderating their FB page to prevent people from seing negative comments! That says it all!
