Hope to get to know plants much better than I do now, you inspire me to learn more about them. I wonder how much thought goes into footwear choices with hikers - one in particular with sore feet, hoping that you will find some relief without having to rely on anything else but being naturally comfortable in your shoes. You guys have been a great match for how fun you are to watch on this epic journey- hope you are feeling the love from us viewers Enjoy that double zero- seems to be the best choice for getting a chance to let the pain go away- best of luck!🏃‍♀️🧘🏼🌱🌿🙏

Try not doing big miles for a few days even with a couple of zero days. Many hikers come off trail due to their feet. Be wise and careful.
