I made this recipe for my husband and I last night and it’s so delicious! It was a little messy to eat but the flavours are terrific and I know we are eating a healthy meal. I added an entire container of spinach to the dish and it all just wilted down, so that was a great suggestion! I’ll be making this again, and I’ve already shared this with my daughter who is keen to try it as well. I place my avocado seed in the soil directly in the soil with the pointy part pointing up and within weeks I have an avocado tree. Yes I live in warm climate and you have vineyards with olives trees. You'll be able to do the same thing so if you place that avocado seed in your mulch keep an eye open for it and watch it grow. I have two avocado trees that are two years old that are 4 ft high already.

Talking a bit further away from the microphone might be a bit clearer. Your joy comes over perfectly and the scenery is spectacular. Guido's yum yums are a treat. Very well done! I enjoy the artistry of your camera angles and cut-aways. But the open cabinet door had my heart stopping every time you went to the left at the stove! No heads were bashed in the cooking of this meal! We have the trouble of cheese not melting and having to eat one at a time, never thought of putting them into the oven to stay crisp

Kylie, I think I would melt the cheese in between the two tortillas as they warm up on the pan. Then split them apart and add the fillings. This way you can save gas and keep the tortillas from drying out in the oven.
Would you do a video on things we don't thing about, like composting or what do you do with your trash- cans, bottles, etc? Where do you buy your clothes or a wardrobe tour or how people dress there, because it seems like such a natural art form. Skincare products- do you make your own and purchase? Do you have clothes out to dry? I know, weird questions but these are the things I think about because here in the US, it's so easy to find these things and just toss them in the trash or the dryer and not think about it. Lovely recipe! Going to try it! And I use a pizza cutter to cut mine. It goes faster and less pressing it down. YUM!

So fortunate here for fresh ingredients from around the world. Love avocado on crispy toast for breakfast or lunch and fresh guac- just avo,lemon,lime,salt pepper for me- with tortilla chips ( tortillas cut in pieces baked in oven with a little evoo).Muy delicioso! Very well done! I enjoy the artistry of your camera angles and cut-aways. But the open cabinet door had my heart stopping every time you went to the left at the stove! No heads were bashed in the cooking of this meal! We have the trouble of cheese not melting and having to eat one at a time, never thought of putting them into the oven to stay crisp

Kylie, I think I would melt the cheese in between the two tortillas as they warm up on the pan. Then split them apart and add the fillings. This way you can save gas and keep the tortillas from drying out in the oven.

Would you do a video on things we don't thing about, like composting or what do you do with your trash- cans, bottles, etc? Where do you buy your clothes or a wardrobe tour or how people dress there, because it seems like such a natural art form. Skincare products- do you make your own and purchase? Do you have clothes out to dry? I know, weird questions but these are the things I think about because here in the US, it's so easy to find these things and just toss them in the trash or the dryer and not think about it. Lovely recipe! Going to try it! And I use a pizza cutter to cut mine. It goes faster and less pressing it down. YUM!

Great vlog! I live in So Cal so fresh avocados and limes and whole wheat tortillas and Mexican spices super cheap and plentiful.No Old El Paso for me! So gringo. So fortunate here for fresh ingredients from around the world. Love avocado on crispy toast for breakfast or lunch and fresh guac- just avo,lemon,lime,salt pepper for me- with tortilla chips ( tortillas cut in pieces baked in oven with a little evoo).Muy delicioso! Love ur magical videos of authentic Italian dishes!!!
