Love your content, Sidra and Farhan. I appreciate what Farhan Haroon is discussing regarding self-care and supplementation, including brushing teeth twice. However, I don't understand how Panadol (aka paracetamol) is considered beneficial for self-care since it is not a supplement.
In Pakistan, people tend to overdose on paracetamol as if it's harmless, but excessive paracetamol use or overdose can lead to liver damage. While I thank Haleon for making it more affordable, I believe Farhan should not promote it as a self-care product because, in the long run, it will not help a person. One needs to identify and address the root cause of their pain, which could be a nutrient deficiency like Vitamin D or magnesium deficiency, for example.
It's concerning that a drug is being incorporated into the concept of self-care. Sorry to say, but this is an example akin to greenwashing. Your product provides temporary relief, and the way you're discussing it suggests that it should be a part of a healthy lifestyle, which is not the case in developed countries. They don't take paracetamol for everything; instead, herbal teas are more recommended.
I wish Panadol wasn't promoted in a way that implies it's healthy - sorry, it is not.
Overall, 90 percent of the content was great and inspiring. Good work, Sidra (as always), and thank you, Farhan, for the tips!
