What's up man. I appreciate and am very interested in your work of finding history in figs. I live 90 minutes west of you. Want to order the diamond ranch yellow. I have just ordered 13 more varieties so I have 15. Put in jujubes and Russian pomegranates this year too. And more cherries and plums. I just added a bunch of apples too. I'm surrounded by out of towner monoculturists putting the groundwater in dire straits. So I'm putting in drought tolerant trees. I even have citrus in a greenhouse at 3600 ft. Really fascinating how you find wild fig trees and preserve history and genetics. Even if they were previously named something else. By adding geographic names you preserve history of the tree and California as well.
Good afternoon A Fig We would love you grow Jolly rancher fig Www.TheFigHunter.shop and subscribe for details on new releases and current stock additions
It wasn’t that one was preferred over the other, so much as it was agreed that they were in different flavor classes. CDA is a beautiful banana honey fig, while Jolly Rancher is preferred in the berry flavor profile.
Beautful looking fig, and sounds like it tastes amazing. Is it a common fig, that doesn't need to be caprified?
It’s common
