Love this technique. Head inside single is my favorite shot. Quick question, is this Similar movement to the head opposite side double you teach, aside from the lead leg steps first so you can reach the back leg, but the head position is the same right? Head is a bit higher than the traditional double, head up more in the sternum to avoid running into an uppercut or knee? I really want to get this head opposite double down, it seems the finish is so much quicker and there’s no gulliotine threat. I just worry about running into the power side hand or knee.
Yes it’s def similar! But head opposite side double you have to step again with your lead led before your back leg comes around. I say always keep your head up at hip level or higher.
Imagine putting a lifetime of competence into a practice and delivering it to an audience where the wind registers 3x the volume of the instructor, at high contrast lighting from too far away, without editing to highlight/outline areas of discussion or freezing a frame to point to the subject's balance and intention. I won't hound you every video, but sometimes you need a kick in the nuts. Do it pro the first time. And keep it up!! Good material
