How to generate multi language translation report - in Oracle BIP - Fusion ERP

1. When i download the XLIFF file i am unable to get the header and body information in that file, Any reason for that.
Means any role is mandatory for extra translation.
2. When i upload the Excel template, the template type is only RTF, why any reasons for that.

You showed how to display in the French language for header information. But, can you also let us know how to display the data output in French language?

There is no data translation logic available in Oracle to use it. if it is available in _TL tables - only that we can use it
