This looks cool! Seems to be mostly an aesthetic thing, but that's not at all bad. The _Advance 3_ type icon changing with your character's color is a neat touch; having the Chao Keys in place of the Tokens, too. Are you gonna have any styles based on _Rush Adventure_ or _Colors_ DS, since they _are_ part of the same _Rush_ lineage?
As of right now, pretty much. GBA and DS sonic games were outside of core gameplay concepts pretty much the same as classics. There might be some gameplay addition, but to keep it compatible unlikely it will be anything big. Yes, both *Rush Adventure* and *Colors DS* huds are already included, but it doesn't go beyond that at least not just yet. Things, such as monitors, checkpoints and others only will go under some consideration - Skydusk

I going to laugh my ass of in just a few days after the mod come out that there a 3d model pack for but it would hard because there scd s3 s advance 1 2 and 3 sonic adventure 1 and 2 and sonic rush but srb2 mb is fucking wild so I will not judge them for there hard work because it good half the time
@@M3T4LBLU3 Might be or not. Problem with dimps games is that they are way too similar to classics, so not much gameplay fluff can be added. So, please don't get your hopes up for nothing.
But there almost done with them and they have to make sure it is good working so you have to wait until the final project is out which should not be long
Recent developments might have changed the definition of this collection of self-made mods. Before, each style was it's own mod. Due to similarities, lack of content from certain titles to fill the blanks and requirements to keep maintaining pretty much 8 mods, it seems like we are merging some of the packs. Instead of strictly giving you a strict set of assets, we are letting you customize what items you want, which would allow for more development flexibility for us as well. As of right now, classic styles are still separate mods. However, the plan might become like this: 1) Classic Styles (Technical middle ground, between two. CD style might get downscaled from having time travel, as the pack was already picked up by someone else and they already developed it beyond what we already made. Also, a Time travel mechanic would probably cause a lot of problems.) 2) Handheld Styles (it will be mostly about GBA/DS aesthetics, as gameplay wise there isn't anything notable to add.) 3) Adventure Styles (least asset-wise customizable, since adventure games don't have many notable differences. However this one has most gameplay additions/changes.) I apologize for the text wall. - Skydusk
As much I would like to myself. The modern Sonic situation isn't easy for any mod. We are using the Hud library by TehRealSal to allow stronger compatibility with other HUD mods, but we cannot do anything in a situation where certain mods add their own HUD elements or they disable vanilla elements with direct raw implementation by the bare minimum game provides. If they were to use the same HUD library, this wouldn't be an issue in the first place as said library handles these situations. However, if it wasn't for hud troubles, we would aim for full compatibility with such mods. I hope that the efforts we are taking will inspire stronger use of said library as not many people do use it despite it's benefits and compatibility efforts. - Skydusk

It’s just a cosmetic thing.
Some gameplay features can get implemented, combinations and such probably not. They are too major and out of the scope of the project.
