Good job Mopar and Dodge. Guess what? Your 2018 Dodge Grand Caravans (at least the first batch of 18's) do not have the instrument cluster! Not one van (at least in the US). I checked around with the local dealership and called others, not only does it currently NOT have the digital info cluster, the dealerships said they had no way of ordering it either. That center area is just blacked out with a piece of plastic, like on their basic stripped down models.
And funny, after asking questions specifically about this info cluster, and having the dealership inquire, all of a sudden a couple days later Dodge changes it's pictures on the technology page and now it is not shown.
So either Dodge has some really inept people overseeing the Caravan, or, treating the Grand Caravan like an ugly stepchild the last few years, just didn't care. So why I am going to buy a new 2018 SXT Grand Caravan with all the bells and whistles I can possible get, when my old 2011 crew had this info center, and downgrade technology? The Caravan hasn't been redesigned in over 7 years, it's starting to look dated technology-wise, and you get rid of a feature that the van has had since at least 2011?
So, here we are, and someone from Dodge or Mopar will notice my comment, and check into this, and realize the mistake, and this video will be deleted, along with my comment and all the research I did. Not to mention the 20 minutes I took to write this on my own time, basically doing your jobs.
You're welcome Dodge! Good luck with phasing out a very popular and affordable van. I have no interest in the Chrysler Pacifica and its Disney Tram looking front end and over-inflated price tag.

We test drove a 2017 last week that had this display but couldn't connect on financing quick enough and it was sold to someone else. We then drove a 2018 and immediately noticed this feature was missing. Thinking we could easily find another with this info center we passed on that one. Now I'm finding it seems to only be available for the GT model and then it only an option, and none of the GT local to me have this either. Guess we'll be looking to a different make and model. This is not the way to encourage Pacifica sells I can guarantee you that.

Specifically started researching what happened to the EVIC (what it was called on the 2011 model) and came to this video... Your comment had confirmed what I noticed on all 2019s I've looked at online. They seem to have removed the feature...
