Me too, they are too cute!
on the dairy farm I worked on , certain cows just had to have the same stantion/stall everytime they came in to get milked ... which was good because it was less cows to have to round up into the barn ...

I usually watch all of your episodes,,this one was special ,,it showed the relationship between tay and the cows n calves and a lot of the pile of work that goes on in and around the dairy ,,,Brent is such a strong and important man to so many people and cows ,,I so wish him two new knees ,,I know many people who have done that and it hurts but gives them back their youth and strength,,,Brent needs this.

Since the nutrition needs are less for your dry cows, is there a reason you do not separate your dry cows from the milking herd? Any registered cows? How about a dairy cattle auction sometime? Enjoyed the video! S. Carolina
Great video, love the cleaning and bedding. The calves are really growing and are so much fun watching them frolic when you put new bedding down. A farmer's work is never done. No matter what you do during the day tomorrow will bring new challenges. Have a great day and God Bless
I really miss the old dairy barns. It uis amazing watching the cows file in and go to there place. My family started with this now I run beefers who seldom do what I want them to do

A good mix of things to see. I remember even the small things on the farm gave a good feeling of accomplishment. Keeping the girls comfortable is important.
I agree, sometimes the most common jobs give you the most satisfaction. And seeing the girls enjoy their clean and comfy barns is definitely one of those jobs!
Coming from a 3rd generation milk hauler. It really bothered me that the hauler didn't rinse out the tank or rinse the floor.
The calves are celebrating clean sheets !

Love to see the interaction with them little calves they are just having a ball well that new sawdust thanks for showing us all that interaction and the girls coming into the stalls was very interesting to see how they all interact and good fixing on the gates there you tired the cows out so now they will sleep inn

I really liked watching your girls coming into the barn for their morning milking as it brought back a lot of great memories. We always had feed waiting for them in their mangers too. We didn’t feed them cornmeal instead we fed them a combination of ground oats and corn. It is great to watch romp around in their new bedding. Are your calves polled or do they have to be dehorned as heifers?
I hope nothing ever happens to your skid steer because it gets used so much and it fits well in the narrow parts of your barn.

Watch out it's Rush hour at the farm.
One thing I did with the wrench storage is paint bright 1" a line under the 1/2 , 3/4, 1, 1 1/4. You can quickly grab wrenches when the light is bad or when you come in and your eyes havent adjusted yet. The problem as slways is you have to remember to put them back.
