So some books are free, so many you get if you take kindle unlimited subscription and then fe books you have to buy. Also you can download free e book from internet and transfer to your kindle
Isn't 10th Gen Basic one Comes with 4GB? At 3000 it would be a Steal Deal for sure as I'll be Entering into Kindle world for the first time Ever.. Otherwise I'm really Planning to Get New Papaerwhite Either 8 or 16 as Signature Edition is Really Overrated and Hyped for no reason..
For book reading this version solves full purpose. It has backlit also so you can read in dark too. For other features like audiobook I think your mobile is better. Having only plan books on kindle keep me distraction free. Keep watch when this refurbished model come in stock.
If you believe that someone tamper with your kindle package you should connect with Amazon customer care. However if it came to you in a sealed pack no need to worry. You are still getting full warranty.
